Each UniGardens studio and apartment is fully furnished and includes a private bathroom, kitchen with cooking facilities, all necessary furniture, phone and internet connections points. UniGardens common areas include a study room with wi-fi, billiard and games room, gym, coin operated laundry and drying room, bike storage area and vending machines. We also have an outside BBQ terrace area and 29 basement car parking spots with 5 visitors parking.
Internet connection and internet data with 60GB download per month is a part of the rent Unlimited/unmetered data package is available on request. There are phones in foyer area of the building for tenants to use to make local calls
