Two bedroom + study shared student accommodation layout

Students seeking to secure a whole apartment without sharing are invited to negotiate with management.

All flats are fully furnished and can be shared or occupied privately. Long or short term rental is available. Rent starts from as cheap as A$185 per week per person (plus electricity usage), which includes 50GB allowance of high-speed broadband Internet access each month. Each apartment includes a private bathroom, kitchen with cooking facilities, all necessary furniture, phone and internet connections points. UniGardens common areas include a study room with wi-fi, billiard and games room, gym, coin operated laundry and drying room, bike storage area and vending machines. We also have an outside BBQ terrace area and 29 basement car parking spots with 4 visitors parking.
